I have registered on USCIS website for I-485, AP and EAD. When I logged on today I saw last updated date modified to 11/25/2007.
Email notification for all the registerd cases is turned on. I did not receive any email notification for the updates
Just wondering if some one else in the same boat not receiving emails.
I have given my hotmail email ID, if that matters ?

The reason for these kinds of unreasonable RFEs is simple - Improving the US economy; one RFE at a time.
In my understanding there is no rule or guidelines regarding usage of same photos more than once. The only restriction is that the photo should not be more than 6 months old. If I remember correctly, I have used the same photos for various purposes like Visa, EAD, AP etc.
When my AP came up for renewal my attorney asked to get new set of photos.
In addition my cousin's EAD application got RFE'ed to get new set of photos even though the photos were recent. The reason given was that they had used same photos to renew their visa few months back (less than 6 months).
Is USCIS coming up some new rule about photos being 'unused' ?? The guidelines say that photos should be recent (taken in last 6 months). However nowhere I do I see that the photos should be 'unused' previously ?
Anyone else had same experience ?

I couldn't get good rep 10-15 times i called USCIS to tell me more detail than what shows online. One thing i can think of is i was pregnant at the time of my medical and couldnt get xray done as my tb skin test showed positive.
So may be RFE for that. God Know. This waiting is killing me.

I also read somwhere that if you are not sure regarding your A#, then you can also leave it blank.
I have one more problem. I lost this Expired EAD card during moving and now i only have its Front copy which i am going to submit with my I-765 form.
will it be any problem submitting only front copy of the Previous EAD because they are requesting for both (Front and Back).

I believe that A# is like SSN and one person can have only one number. To the best of my knowledge you should use the same A# on all those applications.
However, I have known people who had more than one A# assigned, but they were then advised to contact USCIS to merge those files. I would think, it would make sense to use the same A#.

then start selecting.
in the $1000 bracket there's some choice.
Personally, it's a tough space......, glad I am not making that decision.
for personal bias reasons, only the 350D or D70/50 are worth looking at.
Olympus makes nice gear, but in a newer format and has expensive accessories
